Flexible Coupling
- The Roller chain Flexible Couplings are compact, made from steel and are capable of transmitting relatively high torques and consuming minimum space.
- Consequently, they provide a most economical means of positive transmission of power from one shaft to another.
- These couplings are designed for easy installation and disconnect.
- The sprockets are also similar in construction, thereby providing a balanced unit in operation and reducing effects of vibration.
- Additionally, the flexibility of the roller chain plus clearance between the chain rollers and sprocket teeth allow for slight misalignment and shaft end float.
- The Coupling sizes we offer will usually meet most power transmission requirements.
